About The Kerala CSEB Exam Board

Age Criteria to Appear in Kerala CSEB Exam
The age Criteria for Applying for the post of Assistant Secretary exam and Junior Clerk Exams are
Age Criteria for General Category Candidates
- Minimum Age 18 Years.
- Maximum Age 40 Years.

Education Criteria to Appear in Kerala CSEB Assistant Secretary Exam and Junior Clerk Exam.
Assistant Secretary:-
Higher Secondary Diploma in Co-operative Society, HDC (Higher Diploma in Co-operation) HDC & BM (Higher Diploma in Cooperation and Business Management) or HDC (Higher Diploma in Co-operative) or HDCM (Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management) with at least 50% marks in all subjects.
Junior Clerk:-
SSLC or equivalent qualification will be the basic qualification for the Subordinate Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) Candidates from Kasaragod District will be eligible for the post of Co-operative Diploma Course (JDC) conducted by the Karnataka State Co-operative Federation (JDC) and Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC or HDC) conducted by the Kerala State Co-operative Union. In addition, a B.Com degree in Co-operation as an optional subject, or a degree in Co-operative Higher Diploma from any recognized University (HDC or JDC & BM of the Kerala State Co-operative Union, or HDC or HDCM of the National Council for Co-operative Training)

- Junior Clerk:- 18,300 to 46,830 (per month)
- Assistant Secretary:- 28,000-66,470 (per month

Name as in Aadhaar Card
Fill your name as same in the Aadhaar Card
Aadhaar Number
Add your Aadhaar number
If you don’t have Aadhaar you can register with the ID proofs given below
If you don’t have an Aadhaar card you should click on other ID and Fill in Other ID

After Adding your Aadhaar details now Add your email ID and Mobile Number.
After adding the email id and Mobile number click on Register button, Now a account will be created for you in the Co-operative Recruitment Management System

After Getting into the Co-operative Recruitment Management System, On the left side you can see a Button named My Profile, Click on it select Profile Entry, And Fill in your personal details and Contact details.

After Adding the photo and Signature you need to fill in your education Qualification

After filling in the education details you need to fill in your Experience Detail
Step 9
After filling in the Experience Detail you need to upload the general Certificate.
